Join the Kaari Maintenance Program

To keep the gains you worked so hard for, you need to maintain your muscles and bones in good working order. The Kaari maintenance programs are designed to do exactly that!

The programs are delivered via CoachRX, exactly like your old program. You have a weekly structure of exercises chosen by coaches you trust. As you now have a good foundation in place, the maintenance program continues with 3-4 strength training days, depending on season, and an optional yoga or relaxation day.
