Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

At Kaari, we value honesty and transparency. We collect only the information we need to provide our programs, communicate with you, and improve your experience.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. In this policy, “Kaari,” “we,” and “us” refer to Kaari LLC.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to share with us when you:

  • Purchase a product or program
  • Sign up for our newsletter or other communications
  • Contact us
  • Interact with us through social media or other platforms

This may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, social-media handle, and other information you choose to provide. If relevant to a program, it may also include professional information, such as your occupation, affiliations, or credentials.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit our website, we and the companies listed in the cookies section below automatically collect some technical information — the device and browser you're using, your approximate location based on your IP address, which pages you viewed, and how you arrived at our site. You can control most of this using Cookie settings.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the products, programs, and support you request
  • Communicate with you about your purchase, account, or questions
  • Send you updates about Kaari programs, services, and resources
  • Ask for feedback and improve our offerings
  • Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

Health information

Some of what you share with us is health information. Our intake form asks whether you've been diagnosed with osteoporosis, where you have pain, whether your doctor has cleared you to exercise, what medications you're taking, and anything else you think your coach should know. Clients who join a cohort can also send us a DEXA scan. We treat all of that differently from everything else we collect.

You decide what to tell us. You can leave any question blank, though it may limit how well your coach can tailor your program to you.

Why we ask. So a coach can design a program that's appropriate for you, and so we know when to suggest you check something with your own doctor first. Kaari provides fitness and wellness programs, not medical care. We don't diagnose, treat or manage any condition, and nothing your coach tells you replaces advice from your own healthcare providers.

Who sees it. Your coach, and the small number of Kaari team members who need it to run your program. We don't share it with anyone else. We don't use your health information for advertising and we don't send it to advertising platforms.

We ask your permission separately. Before you send us health information, we ask you to agree to it specifically, on the form itself. That's separate from accepting these terms and separate from signing our client agreement, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing heretohelp@kaariprehab.com.

How long we keep it. We keep your health information while you're a Kaari client, and for two years after your last payment to us. We review this once a year and delete health information we no longer need. If you ask us to delete it sooner, or you withdraw your permission, we'll do that instead.

Deleting it. Email heretohelp@kaariprehab.com and we'll delete your health information. If you've withdrawn your permission, we'll stop using it straight away.

Cookies and similar technologies

When you visit kaariprehab.com, we and the companies we work with place small files on your device. These include cookies, and similar tools like local storage and tracking pixels. Some are needed to make the site and checkout work. Others help us understand how the site is used, or show you Kaari ads on other platforms.

You choose which of the optional ones we use. The first time you visit, you'll see a banner where you can accept or decline analytics and advertising. You can change your mind any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Declining doesn't affect your access to anything you've bought, and it doesn't change your program.

We group them into four categories.

1. Necessary — always on

These keep the site and checkout working and help catch fraudulent orders. They can't be switched off, because without them the site can't do the things you're asking it to do.

What it's for: Keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and progress through a program
Set by: Teachable, our website and course platform
How long it lasts: Session to 1 year

What it's for: Taking your payment securely
Set by: Stripe
How long it lasts: 30 minutes to 1 year

What it's for: Spotting fraudulent orders
Set by: Sift, Stripe
How long it lasts: Up to 1 year

2. Analytics — off unless you accept

These tell us things like which pages get read, where people get stuck, and whether a change we made helped. We use them to improve the site, not to identify you personally.

What it's for: Measuring how the site is used
Set by:
Google Analytics 4, Heap, Segment, Ahoy
How long it lasts:
Session to 2 years

3. Session recording — off unless you accept

We use Microsoft Clarity. It is set up to hide what you type into forms, so the contents of form fields aren't captured.

What it's for: Records how visitors move around our pages — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement — and plays it back to us as an anonymized session so we can see where the site is confusing
Set by: Microsoft Clarity
How long it lasts: Up to 1 year

4. Advertising — off unless you accept

These let us show Kaari ads to people who've visited our site, on Facebook, Instagram and Google, and let us see which ads led to someone joining a program. They also let our affiliate partners get credit when they refer someone to us.

What it's for: Showing you Kaari ads elsewhere, and measuring whether they worked
Set by: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads
How long it lasts: 90 days to 2 years

What it's for: Crediting a partner who referred you
Set by: Our affiliate partners
How long it lasts: Typically 30–365 days

Where these are set, and who's responsible for them

Our website and checkout run on Teachable. Teachable sets some cookies for its own platform purposes, and those are covered by Teachable's privacy policy. The analytics, session recording and advertising tools listed above are ones Kaari chose to add. Kaari is responsible for those, even though they run on Teachable's platform.

Your browser's privacy signal

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as you declining analytics and advertising cookies, and you won't need to use the banner.

If you're in the UK or the EU

The companies listed above are based in the United States. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, information about your visit is transferred there. Where a company is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework we rely on that; where it isn't, we use Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum. You can decline, and nothing about your Kaari program changes if you do.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Your information may be stored securely with trusted service providers, such as cloud-storage, email, payment, and website-hosting providers.

Access is limited to Kaari team members and trusted collaborators, including coaches, who need the information to do their work for Kaari.

No method of storing or transmitting information online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

When we share information

We don't sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising tools that share information about your visit with Meta and Google so we can show you Kaari ads — and some privacy laws treat that as ‘selling’ or ‘sharing.’ You can turn it off in Cookie settings, and we'll respect a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate Kaari—for example, companies that process payments, host our website, send emails, or store information. These providers may use your information only as needed to provide services to Kaari.

If Kaari is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We may also share information when required to comply with applicable law, protect our rights, or help keep our community safe.

Your choices

You may contact us to:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing communications
  • Ask what personal information we have about you
  • Request that we correct information that is inaccurate
  • Request deletion of your personal information, where appropriate
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page
  • Ask us to limit how we use sensitive information about you

We may need to keep certain records when required for legal, accounting, tax, or operational purposes.
