I live in a rural area and do a lot of online learning, and Kaari Prehab is a top notch quality program. I have completed the 13 week program, and am now several weeks into the maintenance program. One of my concerns was would I have enough support in figuring out how to be able to do this program with one wrist that has very little range of motion due to a freak accident that required 2 surgeries and 14 months of physical therapy. The coach was amazing in helping me work out so many adaptations, work arounds, substitutions, etc. and still be able to accomplish the overall strengthening objectives. This course is also set up in a way that even if you have never done strength training before, you will be able to do it here. You start with wherever your starting point is, and build from there. If you can only work with 2 pounds, great, start there and build. The videos are very clear and specific, the rhythm of the entire week is very well thought out and put together. You can ask your coach for any help you need, you can send in little video clips of yourself to get clarification or conformation. Everything about the program is set up for you to be successful.

After a vertebral fracture two years ago, I was nervous about returning to my regular weightlifting. I couldn't find a local trainer/program that specialized in osteoporosis, but the Kaari online program was exactly what I needed. It completely exceeded my expectations. I just completed the initial 13-week program and am now happily moving through the maintenance routine. I feel stronger and move with more confidence. I highly recommend it!
This is a fantastic exercise program--including weight lifting, strength training, yoga and balance--to help you get strong and limber. You move at a pace that works for you. Expert coaches guide you and offer really helpful advice. The program itself is designed to make exercise a habit you'll stick with. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants an accessible, well-balanced strength building exercise program that provides results!
Program helped me commit to a strength training program that I avoided in the past because I found it too tedious.
I just completed the 90 Day Osteoporosis Program and so glad I did. Due to cancer, I went into menopause at age 35 and was diagnosed with osteoporosis at 48. I live in Colorado and am super active (hiking, skiing) and not ready to let this diagnosis side line me. I love that the workouts were targeted for osteoporosis--strength, balance and flexibility--as opposed to just a weight lifting program.
After a diagnosis of osteoporosis, I became aware through research that strength training (done right!) had a positive impact on bone density. However, I could find no local resources (physical therapists, personal trainers) who had specific knowledge and experience in strength training for persons with osteoporosis. Finding Kaari’s Strength Training & Yoga for Osteoporosis program was truly a blessing! The program was clearly designed with the utmost thoughtfulness and thoroughness. The evidence-based workouts centering on progressive axial loading had me hooked from the start – beginning with learning the foundational moves of many exercises, through gradual increases in weights and reps, to levels I never knew were possible for me. The program is delivered via videos which are exceptional – I found the explanations and cueing to be so helpful. But above all this is the excellent coaching, whether in the videos, the group Zoom calls, or the daily check-ins with your coach via the app. The Kaari coaches are caring, motivating, always available and so knowledgeable, whatever the issue or concern is. With this support and these resources at hand, I found my confidence increasing just as much as my strength – confidence in everyday moves and activities. And I’ve noticed better balance and higher energy levels as well. The Kaari program is a powerful, positive, life-changing program!
I'm so glad I found this excellent program. It's well structured, with clear instructions, lots of helpful cues, engaging exercises, with variations to suit all levels and tailored to meet individual needs, and a wonderful supportive coaching team. It was great to have the flexibility to do the workouts when it suited me each day. I appreciated the inclusion of yoga and myofascial release techniques too. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed following this and how quickly I felt the benefits. I highly recommend it. I'm continuing with the Maintenance program which is just as good!
I highly recommend this program for its exceptional quality and expertise of the instructors and coaches. They tailor your workouts to your individual needs, starting from where you are and gradually increasing the intensity as your strength improves. Despite being 75 years young and having osteoporosis for six years, I decided to enhance my fitness routine for the sake of my bones. Even as an avid exerciser, I was thoroughly impressed by the instructional videos, which clearly explained each move and provided valuable tips. Initially, wearing a weight vest was a new experience and presented an added challenge. However, after completing the 13-week program, I am delighted to report that my increased strength and improved posture have enabled me to effortlessly wear my 12-pound backpack and pull my 48-pound suitcase through airports on a recent trip. I have learned that consistently working this program is key to achieving results!
Can't say enough positive things about this extraordinary exercise program for individuals with osteoporosis. Only wish I had "found" it years earlier. A 13-week program to build up strength, confidence and an established practice and guided by coaches who are kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. And you can use a FLEX spending account to pay-an added bonus.
The KAARI Prehab program is truly amazing. I felt supported all the way. The videos with very detailed cues were easy to follow and all the directions were clear and expectations were also clear. Our coach was fantastic and kept me motivated with all her encouragement. At the end of the 13 weeks, of course, I plan to continue. I feel so much stronger and so much more confident in doing physical activities; knowing the right way to move and to train has been fantastic. Thank you so much.
For women with diagnosis or concerns about Osetopenia or Osteoporosis, this is a life changing program. No matter how long you have exercised or think you know about how to exercise, you will astounded at HOW to work out to build a strong body that makes your concerns more manageable and your body happy.
The Kaari Strength and Yoga for Osteopororis Program is nothing short of brilliant! I’ve know for a couple of years that I needed to start a strength training program but wasn’t able to find one that I was motivated to stick with. If I was going to put in the time and effort, I wanted it to be hyper focused on helping my bones. That’s what drew me to the Kaari Program along with the stellar credentials of the coaches. At 68, I can’t recall the last time I felt this good - strong, energetic, focused, better balance, and more joyful! (And all that despite having Hashimoto's autoimmune disease!) I can’t say enough about the Kaari program - the app, the daily emails, the videos, our coach, and the support of my cohort. I am so truly grateful to have found this program.
This program has exceeded my expectations in every way. I feel so much stronger and in control of my health. The video demonstrations are clear and easy to follow. Our coach was so attentive to any questions or accommodations needed. Going through the program with a group of women felt like an extra level of support and encouragement. I’m also thrilled that the maintenance programs are flexible and offer an affordable way to continue to gain strength and hopefully increase bone density. I highly recommend joining this program if you want to learn how to safely and effectively lift weights and improve flexibility. Best investment I’ve made for my health.
I just want to give a shout out to the folks at Kaari who so thoughtfully designed this online program. I've been in the program for 13 weeks, and although it's been a lot of work, and a bit of a time commitment, I feel it's been really good for me. I was doing strength training previously, but not progressively loading. I'm seeing noticeable toning in my arms--and feel stronger in the rest of my body. I'll be continuing with their maintenance program. All of the staff are kind, considerate-, and caring-they are a great group of people who have your best interests at heart.
I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and had a weak direction offered by my endocrinologist to "lift some light weights and add calcium rich foods to my diet." I wanted and needed more direction and found a gold mine in the program offered through Kaari Prehab! It guided me through the adjustment of adding strength training to my life with the addition of yoga and myofascial release ( an incredible soft tissue technique to address tight or sore tissues) and breathing techniques, all added as critical components of a well balanced program. Having a coach on line to check my accountability and who I could direct questions to was an important aspect of the success of my participation. This was the right balance to help me establish a life long habit to improve my health and mobility.
I completed the Kaari Prehab Osteoporosis program in January and I am now on their maintenance program. I can not emphasize enough how professional and informative the coaches are for strength training with osteoporosis. I was nervous to sign up as the initial payment was a lump upfront sum. Investing in this program is one of the best steps I have done to take control of my body with the diagnosis of osteoporosis. The coaches are knowledgeable, dedicated and available for your questions. They integrate strength training with axial loading along with yoga, balance and restorative postures. Their demos are excellent. Coach feedback is guaranteed. The monthly zoom meetings with a coach and other women in the program is supportive and informative. The maintenance program keeps me on a schedule so I can’t get lazy and the cost is very reasonable with 3 tier options. The difference in my self confidence from before the program to ending the 3 month program is beyond words. I am a woman who has always felt confident with my body but I was afraid to twist or bend because of my DEXA scan and warning words from my doctor. The coaches in this program guided me back to self confidence and I am so much stronger, physically and mentally. The other fascinating information is that strength training is recommended for anybody with osteoporosis. It is not a divide between those taking pharmaceutical medications and those who don’t. It benefits everybody. One final comment! During the program, the coaches stress eating enough calories, proteins and drinking lots of water to keep up with the new muscular demands on your body. There is an absolute connection with this process and improvement in my immune system. It is truly fascinating the connections of the underlying systems in our bodies.
Before I began this program, I jiggled everywhere on my body when I walked. Now, I have firm thighs and arms. This program motivated me to exercise and improve my strength. Instead of saying you shouldn't lift, this group encourages you to lift correctly and safely. I never had any pain from the exercises like I did when I tried other unguided exercise programs. The daily coaching and personal touch helped me to feel motivated to continue and to achieve. Yes, it took about 35-45 minutes a day 6 days a week to achieve. I never thought I could find the time to do this time commitment, but I did. I'm glad I did. I feel a decade younger.
This program is designed for you if, like me, you were diagnosed with Osteoporosis and want to increase your bone density through resistance training but aren’t sure how or where to begin. It’s especially beneficial for anyone new to strength training and concerned with learning correct and safe techniques. Well-qualified teachers are encouraging and available for feedback. The app is pretty easy to use and its demo videos are very thorough and helpful. You’ll also get good information at the monthly meetings. At the conclusion of this program, I am definitely stronger and I feel great! No pain, only gain. (I take supplements as well.) Can’t wait to see the results from my next DEXA scan.
Loved the strength, posture, and balance components embedded in this challenging yet enjoyable program. I thought I was in "good shape" before I started but quickly found I could lift more, stand straighter, and keep my balance better in all my daily activities. The rigorous progressive design, daily goals, easy-to-follow detailed exercise demonstrations, and the daily coach encouragement and feedback made real change possible for me. I'm continuing in the maintenance program to stay fit and reduce the risks from my osteoporosis. Outstanding professional program and organization - real people, real expertise, real care.
Kaari osteoporosis program was exactly what I was looking for. After the 3 month program I am stronger and my balance is great! I am looking forward to continuing the program and getting even stronger. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and all my Doctor said was you need to get on medication. I felt like there had to be more than just drugs and after reading about the liftmor study I started searching for an osteoporosis strength training program that would be safe, informative, and doable for me. The videos are very informative. They teach you each exercise step by step as you follow along with the videos. Then when you do your workout video for the day the instructor continues to remind you about proper form and when to breath etc. while doing the different circuits along with you. I had no prior experience lifting weights. I was able to learn things safely and gradually am increasing the amount of weight I can do in the different exercises. I know now what a squat and a lunge are and how to do them. Yoga was good too. The cherry on top is the other women I met in my group who are on the same osteoporosis journey as me. Being able to continue to learn from their experiences and discuss nutrition, educational books, podcast, HRT, bone marker testing and even bone medications they have experienced makes me feel like I am not alone on this journey! Thank you Kaari
I’ve tried MANY online workout programs , but none of them kept my interest until I joined the Kaari 13-week program. I LOVE It! I wanted to learn the best weight lifting exercises to increase my bone density and this program was the answer.
I have been treated for osteopenia and osteoporosis over the past 20 years and have never been provided with treatment options besides medication. While I wanted to try exercise to increase bone density my doctors lacked the knowledge and interest to support me, I felt I was on my own. I did research online and found the Kaari Prehab Program which specializes in osteoporosis management through strength training and yoga, offering a research-based holistic approach with knowledgeable, experienced, and credible professionals. Just what I needed! I wanted to know that I’m doing the right things and doing them correctly and safely. Kaari Prehab is a well-designed program from start to finish, delivered by a team of experts with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Using Coach RX on my phone was easy to follow, with excellent video tutorials and expert coaching. The 13-week program went by fast as I became more adept with the exercises each week. Upon completion I knew I wanted to keep going so I signed up for the monthly maintenance program. I won’t know the impact on my bone density (DEXA) until next year, but I feel great and am confident that it’s making a difference. I have gained strength, muscle tone, flexibility, posture awareness and the knowledge to advocate for myself in my bone health journey. This is a real commitment on my part but a worthwhile investment in myself. I am so grateful that I found this amazing program!
I started this exercise program 13 weeks ago, and the results have been amazing. The daily assignments are thoughtfully designed so that no muscle group is overwhelmed, and rest and recovery are built into the plan. The instructors are amazing; they regularly checked in with me, discussed any discomfort I experienced, and helped me work through it. I started off with severe pain, but now I feel very strong. I’ve noticed a big difference in my body, more energy, better flexibility, and significant pain relief. I haven’t had my follow-up bone density test yet, but based on how I feel, I’m confident I’ve made real progress. I’m continuing with their maintenance program, which is a great way to protect and maintain bone health long term. Highly recommend!
I learned so much from Kaari's 13-week program. I highly recommend it. I have continued with the exercises and, after ten months, my DEXA lumbar spine score increased by 6.5%. I was thrilled. I will admit that the program requires commitment. I found doing it over the winter fit my personal schedule the best. The entire staff is patient, kind and considerate. Well done, ladies!
I have osteoporosis and wanted to weight train safely. I came across this program and it was everything I needed plus more! You get step-by-step daily weight training videos that are extremely helpful and user-friendly. The coaches are fantastic and very responsive to any questions you have. I have gained so much confidence & strength. Highly recommend this program!
Amazing program. With that said , I am incredibly happy to be part of this journey and I feli totally taken care of during the whole process as I proceeded further into the program. I definitely feel stronger and I love challenging myself and learning how to build stronger bones and muscles. Even helps my mental state. I’ve learned so much about what exercises most benefit the building of my bones and the safest way to do them, as technique is very important in this program and the demo videos are quite excellent. Plus you get pretty much daily feedback and responses from the coaches on questions you might have or from videos that you send of yourself doing the exercises if you desire to, or need extra help on form. You also get a list of all the equipment you need and I love having a little mini gym of all the right accessories to help me on my journey. Before this program, I felt lost and really didn’t know what I should be doing and It’s really wonderful to know that I am doing everything I should be doing. I highly recommend !!. PS. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout the program.
I took a couple of strength training classes with a personal trainer. I felt like their expectations were way too high for someone like me, who has been out of shape my whole life. They wanted me to "train to failure" and expected me to lift weights that were just not possible for me. Kaari Prehab was exactly the opposite. Their online training videos show in great detail how to do the basic moves correctly without injury, and there was plenty of encouragement to listen to my body and start with weights and reps that felt challenging but not outrageous. The progression of exercises and weights was reasonable, and I had the freedom to back off a little when the soreness was too much. I surprised myself by how much I progressed and how much I started to crave feeling stronger and more flexible. And my balance has improved, too. Their combination of strength days with yoga and recovery days takes up a lot of time in the week, but now that I'm familiar with the exercises, I can do them faster. The personal coach support was invaluable, with plenty of positive feedback and help with modifying moves to suit my body and my particular aches and pains. I'm convinced that the weight loading and strength training will have positive effects on my next bone density scan, but honestly, I think this program is great for anyone of any age who is starting basically from scratch and who wants to be stronger and more flexible. (And the price is so much more reasonable than hiring a personal trainer!)
Fantastic program staffed with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The daily assignments are carefully created, so as to avoid overwhelming a muscle group. Rest & recovery are built into the program, as well. New clients will be surprised at what the body can do with proper training! I began 13 weeks ago, feeling so deflated and helpless from a Dexa scan number, and wondered how it would alter my life. Today I am certainly mindful of the way in which movement is executed, and feel confident that I’ve been given the tools to move forward with all the activities I enjoy. Of course, the best part for me is that the program is evidence-based practice! Take a proactive step to better bone health; you won’t regret it.

"My family were overwhelmed by the difference in my balance and strength."
Susan took part in the very first run of our program. Having never lifted weights, she was understandably nervous about the program would entail!
“This is a picture of my progress. I got down on the floor to play with my great nephew, got up unassisted, and was able to carry him around.”
– Susan
Thanks to pre-program guidance about strength training basics, as well as ongoing one-on-one support throughout, Susan soon gained confidence AND started seeing some major changes...
-
Getting down to the floor — and back up again.
Susan was able to get down on the floor to play with her great nephew and stand back up completely unassisted. -
Strength she can actually use.
She could lift and carry heavier weights comfortably — something she hadn’t been able to do before. -
A visible before-and-after for her family.
On her previous visit, Susan needed help to get up and couldn’t lift her nephew at all. This time, the difference in her balance and strength was obvious to everyone.
"There aren't enough words to thank you for this program and for all the support you've provided."

"You get the feeling they really care."
JT shares how clear structure, thoughtful coaching, and steady encouragement helped her build strength and confidence — even though strength training was completely new.
"This program was excellent, and I’m very happy with the outcome. I feel stronger and have denser muscles, especially in my arms."
– JT

Thoughtful coaching, not just instructions
“Both the instructors are very conscientious and encouraging. You get the feeling that they really care. It’s also clear that they have deep knowledge about osteoporosis and how to work with it.” -
Structure that made progress feel achievable
“Strength training was new to me… the way the program was structured into manageable components made me feel a sense of achievement when I marked the exercises as completed.” -
Personal support when it mattered
“My thanks to Michaela for quick and thorough replies anytime I had a question!”
"It’s definitely a big time commitment, but for anyone on the fence, I would just say to get started, stick with it, and you will soon feel the benefits."
"My flexibility and strength have improved so much.
I can't even begin to tell you how much your whole program has meant to me. Each session, I end up feeling so much stronger and so relaxed. I love all your meditations. My flexibility and strength have improved so much and I'm able to do things that I never thought I could possibly do!”
"From my perspective the course has been excellent!
Wins for me have been overcoming a life-long aversion to working with weights and beginning to increase muscles in the backs of my shoulders/thoracic region - with all the postural benefits that brings. I’ve found the exercises on this course to be more effective in this respect than the yoga I have been practicing for over twenty years. I am also very happy to have found something positive to do in response to the rather depressing news that I had osteopenia and have benefited from the absolute confidence that the course is crafted with up to date evidence in mind. It’s been great to be able to ask questions and have them answered so comprehensively. The videos are also a very helpful resource."
"My doctor wrote, 'There is a statistically significant increase in bone density of the lumbar spine.'
In January 2022, I had a DEXA scan that revealed I had lost more bone mass, despite regularly working out at a national gym. I was really disappointed, and my doctor recommended I start taking Strontium. Having read several books on osteoporosis, I knew I didn’t want to go on medication. Not long after that, I discovered Kaari Prehab online. I believe I was part of the second group to go through the program, and I appreciated how it could be tailored to my individual ability level. A program like this isn’t something you do for just 13 weeks and move on—seeing real improvement requires a lifelong commitment. In December 2025, I had another DEXA scan. Needless to say, I was thrilled with the results of all my hard work, and they’ve inspired me to stay even more committed."
"My improved DEXA scan would not have been possible without your program.
Thank you so much for listening to me when I came to you about my Osteoporosis and for caring so much about Women's Health. My improved DEXA Scan would not have been possible without your program.”
"After ten months, my DEXA lumbar spine score increased by 6.5%.
I learned so much from Kaari's 13-week program. I highly recommend it. I have continued with the exercises and, after ten months, my DEXA lumbar spine score increased by 6.5%. I was thrilled. "This is the first thing that has helped me!
I just received the results of my first dexascan after being with Kaari since October of 2024. My left hip femoral neck density went from .450 with a t score of -3.6 to .494 and a t score of -3.2. So there is increased bone mineral density in the hip by 12.9%. And the total femoral neck total bone density moved into osteopenia numbers. I am clearly on the right path! I love having documentation, but I love even more having hope, not feeling fragile — but actually feeling strong. The program is worth it. There are days that I just don't want to do it but I do it any way. I feel so much healthier! THANK YOU to Kaari and team and my coach, Ken Rhodes!

"I was diagnosed with osteoporosis… and given no real plan."
After feeling frustrated and unsupported following her diagnosis, Kim went looking for answers herself. She discovered that with the right evidence-based approach, she could take control of her bone health.
"10 months after I started the program, my DEXA scores had stabilized"
– Kim
- No clear treatment plan. Kim left her diagnosis feeling like she had answers, but no real direction or support.
- Evidence-based strength training. She chose a programme grounded in research and saw noticeable strength gains within weeks.
-
Sustainable, supported progress. With coaching, community, and flexibility, Kim stayed consistent and her bone density stabilised within 10 months.
"It’s working! I got my dexascan results today.
Thank you for creating this program."
"I was so concerned that there wasn’t going to be improvement in my dexascan so to have it improve so drastically was ultra encouraging. I’ve been recommending this to lots of people."

"My lumbar spine bone density increased by 9%, moving me out of the osteoporosis range."
"Seeing that improvement in the area I was most worried about has been incredibly encouraging, and it's the first exercise routine I've actually been able to stick with."
A routine that survives real life
"Instead of feeling like something I 'should' do, it's turned into a realistic part of my week that fits around travel, busy periods, and days when I have less energy. In the past, missing a week or two with other programs was my cue to give up completely. With Kaari, I don't fall off the wagon."
Strength she can see and feel
"I can actually see muscles in my arms and around my rib cage now, and my legs feel stronger even though I stay gentle with my knees when they're finicky. Beyond the numbers on my DEXA, those day-to-day strength gains have been incredibly motivating."
Confidence to say yes again
"I was most worried about the osteoporosis in my spine because I kept hearing about people with lifelong pain after fractures there. That fear made me say no to things like yoga. Now, I'm planning to go to a class with a friend, not just because my back improved, but because I've learned from Kaari what movements are safe for me and what I should avoid."
