Dr. Sophocles is a board-certified OB/GYN who worked as a gynecologist for 30 years before starting her virtual women’s health practice, The Thinking Woman. She is dedicated to helping women navigate menopause and opening up conversations about female sexuality. Dr. Sophocles is also a certified Menopause Expert and a fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.

Hally Brooke
Hally is a certified Health & Wellness Coach, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Whole Food Nutrition Counselor, and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. Her nutrition and wellness practice, Live Nourished, offers personal training, nutritional counseling, and mindfulness tools to help people meet their health goals.
Michaela Smith
Michaela is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer specializing in women’s health. She helps women heal their hormones, nourish their bodies, and build a movement practice to make them feel vibrant and strong. She is Kaari’s Osteoporosis Program Director and co-creator of our Strength Training & Yoga for Osteoporosis program.

Karin Weinstein
Karin is a certified Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is passionate about helping people move through life with greater ease and resilience. She coaches Kaari’s Strength Training & Yoga for Osteoporosis program, and will lead a beginner-friendly movement class to demonstrate key principles of successfully exercising for bone density.
